Special Instructions

Please come to your scheduled appointment with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via text, email, or both—72 and 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show within 4 hours of your appointment time, the full service amount (100%) will be charged. These fees must be paid in full before rebooking. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you, as well as our time, which fills up quickly. We are committed to starting appointments on time and giving you our full, undivided attention.
